Broadway House is a very popular venue for Clubs and Societies and others to hold regular or "one-off" meetings. Typical examples include Art Groups, Photographic Society, Bridge Club, Family History Society, Suffolk Wildlife, and many others. May also be available for some family events.

Special restrictions apply to evening and weekend bookings relating to noise levels and times.

Most - but not all - Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday evenings are pre-booked by regular users.
